As Operations Analyst, Maharo is responsible for inputting back-office financial transactions. He maintains relationships with service providers and custodians, and also participates in the daily import of financial data. In addition, Maharo coordinates the actions required for market events. He provides expert support to the investment team.

Prior to joining AlphaFixe Capital, Maharo was employed by RBC Investor Services as a Team Lead Derivatives Operations where he performed daily quality control of derivative transactions and executed Futures margin processing and cash settlement for several clients. He also held the position of Senior Derivatives Analyst at the same company.

Maharo holds a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Québec in Trois-Rivières (2018), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the National Institute of Management and Accounting in Madagascar (2015).
