Chief Compliance Officer

As Chief Compliance Officer, Myriam is responsible for the compliance of the firm and persons acting on its behalf, with securities legislation and the firm's policies and procedures. As part of her duties, she develops and ensures the execution of controls associated with compliance activities.

Since being hired in 2013, Myriam has acquired extensive expertise in the firm's operational and administrative affairs. In addition to being involved in client-partner relationships as well as having worked closely with the firm's previous Chief Compliance Officers, Myriam has become a central part of the compliance department.

Myriam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Université Laval (1995).
